Privacy Policy (GDPR / AVG)

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for processing personal data by DailyHelp.nl, with its registered office at Schaepmanstraat 2, 5041 AR Tilburg, Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 94855595, holding VAT number NL005113077B53 and Becon number 323433. The Policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming – AVG).
The data controller of personal data, within the meaning of Article 4 point 7 of the GDPR, is DailyHelp.nl. The Controller is responsible for the lawful, fair, and transparent processing of personal data in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR. Contact with the Controller is possible via email at privacy@dailyhelp.nl or by mail to the registered office address.
Personal data is processed, in particular, in connection with the conclusion and performance of agreements for advisory, administrative, tax, and accounting services, as well as in connection with contact via forms available on the DailyHelp.nl website, email correspondence, telephone communication, and the client’s submission of documents in any form.
The scope of processed data includes, in particular, first name and surname, date of birth, BSN number, residential or correspondence address, email address, telephone number, financial and tax data, including information on income, tax declarations, IBAN numbers, official documents, certificates, powers of attorney, as well as data contained in electronic correspondence and notes made during the provision of services. In the case of contact forms, data voluntarily provided by the person contacting the Controller are processed.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract in accordance with Article Paragraph 6 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, including obligations arising from tax, accounting, and archiving regulations; pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller in accordance with Article Paragraph 6 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, particularly in the scope of marketing communication. Paragraph 6 Failure to provide data may result in the inability to perform the service or respond to an inquiry. Paragraph 6 Data transfer takes place based on data processing agreements in accordance with Article
28 of the GDPR or other lawful bases. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, in particular for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period required by law, including tax regulations, generally not shorter than 7 years.
Data processed based on consent is stored until its withdrawal. After the storage period, data is deleted or anonymized. The data subject has the right to access personal data and obtain a copy thereof in accordance with Article
15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification of data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to erasure of data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to restriction of processing in accordance with Article
18 of the GDPR, the right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, the right to object to processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Requests regarding the exercise of rights should be sent to privacy@dailyhelp.nl. The Controller shall respond without undue delay, no later than within 30 days of receiving the request. DailyHelp.nl applies appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR to ensure the security of personal data, in particular protection against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or disclosure. Access to data is granted only to authorized persons who are bound by confidentiality. Personal data is generally processed within the territory of the European Economic Area.
In case of necessity to transfer data outside the EEA, the Controller ensures the application of appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy in the event of changes in legal regulations, the scope of services provided, or applied technical solutions. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.
